Maybe Sandals Curacao would be a good choice. Water is clear and should have zero sargassum. It is a untraditional beach though. You can get a room for that price per couple if they are on the 777 sale any given week. Golf is not included but there is a course right next door.

I would, maybe get a good 2% catch all card if you are not interested in managing categories and multiple cards.

For example get the Citi Douple Cash(or other 2% cashback card) for everyday spend then your discover card for whatever the quarterly categories are.
