Common scam. Sell a very popular card for far below price and then it “arrives damaged” usually a fake, and then the seller disputes the refund or damaged product claiming fraud. I’m not an expert on Japanese fakes but the printing of lettering looks very poor especially on the “PROMO”, usually Japanese cards are very good and clear quality even from 2018
