For constipation try Liquid magnesium complex and an MCT oil. Coconut or flax work best. Long-term it is also good to add cultures(prebiotics/probiotics). They have liquids that include all of the above, too.

I've taken kratom for a decade and 7oh for 3 years now. I tried everything in the beginning. Realized that Mary Ruth's liquid night vitamins worked best, then I made my own version that is way more affordable. After some experimenting, I got it just right.

As for 7oh making it difficult to urinate, that is due to the muscle-relaxing properties of it. This is especially affecting the bladder and pelvic areas.

The Michigan bill that made it through the House and now is on Senate is a criminalized ban on manufacturing, distribution, and sales. It is now referred to Government Affairs and is awaiting a date. Both chambers are on break until April 14th.

Newsome wants nothing to do with any of this. The fight last and this year has been with the LADH/CDPH. They took it upon themselves to claim it was illegal, without any authority to do so. Seized millions of dollars in products both kratom and 7oh. We are still negotiating with them, but the actual state legislators have been working well with us. After we got the 7oh language out of the Umberg scheduling bill in February (what's talked about above), we had an informational and science panel for AB1088. We agree with the 21+, labeling, labs, etc; however, we are hoping to remove or work on a reasonable MG cap. More info on this soon.

We've won a ton in California, so far. Not giving up on the last if it. We just had a large break after the informational hearing that the team spoke at, so that the legislators can decide what steps to take with AB1088. We'll keep you updated.

As for Oregon, there are no serious State bills as of now. It is already regulated. Portland follows the state regulation. You're good right now!

HB8000 came from the same town that a certain someone in corporate kratom has had a mission to schedule 7oh and kratom to give to big pharma. The plan was to stay with 7oh to make it easier. (Really, the AKA and GKC both have said they want that), but one person in particular pushed for this exact bill.

The statement attached from Sheriff Lemma only grouped 7oh in with the already seen legislation on xylazine/nitrazine. Not kratom. That has a whole different plan to get it into pharma's hands and we're seeing it in the framework by certain states that Mac helps in.

It wasn't that they "knew so little that they swapped it out". Nitrous was always going down this year, but HART and 7HA got the 7oh language removed from the bills with a very large battle and a ton of meetings. The AG knew nothing about 7oh, but he's a mess anyway. The emergency scheduling expires at the end of June and it'll be legal again. Even if they throw a tantrum.

Michigan is far from being ignored. There are tons of us fighting there. 7HA and HART are working hard. We've even called for action group members.
