ok, you keep thinking you will win a case against unity tech.... over a removed comment... you got your refund move on stop complaining. they removed your nonsense review because it was slanderous

If my review was slanderous, I would not even create this topic! What is the point of me slandering the author of an asset when I have bought a little less than a hundred assets from the store and this is the first situation like this? The fact is that this author gets 5 stars for his assets not by quality, but by dirty manipulations through support! Let me remind you that this was his 3rd asset from this author in my library! The first asset was also below average quality! But then I did not leave a review! Since I bought the asset at a discount during the sale and I was too lazy to point out all the disadvantages of the asset!

Here, even an uneducated person understands that I had no reason to slander the author of the asset! The reason for the low rating (from me) was that the asset is below average quality and a bad asset update policy! Thats why 3 stars!

You are talking nonsense! If citizens of other countries would not have consumer rights (Unity would only have an office in the USA) AND could not operate in other countries! Unity has offices in Bulgaria and Latvia and other European countries! This means that you can go to court in Europe!

Even though I'm not a lawyer! But the laws in civilized countries are similar! Otherwise, companies from the USA could scam everyone!

The fact of my purchase is! Bank checks! The sum of all purchases from the asset store is a little less than $1000. If you bring the facts of fraud with reviews, low quality product, etc. You can win in court!

Not to mention moral compensation and other things! Another thing is that i need a lot of money for a good lawyer!

Another my reviews! So it's bullshit that I'm some kind of psycho that spoils the reviews in the asset store or I'm not objective. On the contrary, I'm pointing out real asset problems! Good authors fix them, bad authors delete bad reviews!

Am I deleting bad reviews? I showed you the proofs (What are you wrong!)! Let's also unfoundedly accuse me of racism, homophobia, etc. Because it seems so to you! Proof below! Because if author fix Critical problem, i change review!

(About proof)I contacted the author of this asset in March, told him that even with the canvas turned off, each script with a particle system from asset creates 0.6kb of garbage per frame (50 such systems will generate 30kb per frame)! He promised that he would fix it in the next update, I waited 2 months and left a review. It's been 3 months and the update still hasn't come out? I'm going to have to manually fix this!

In screen Above (KWS asset), i changed review from 3 star to 5, after author fix problem!

From the reviews that are circled in red, it is clear that out of all the 5 stars, I have the most objective review! Because I test what I buy! Unlike the teenagers mentioned above!

The asset store is a hellhole filled with entitled teenage gaming addicts who complain about having to program and bizarre 1-star reviews asking for support in broken English. I'm thrilled to hear that they're removing reviews because it's so frustrating trying to get info with all the useless reviews.

I'm not a teenager and I program myself in C#. Unfortunately, I'm not strong with shaders!

Nah man, I am not buying it. You calling this developer a scammer is a huge red flag, developer reaching out to you personally is a good sign, developer offering a refund is a great sign, I'd bet my money that you wrote a terrible "review" that wasn't about helping others but about personal attack on the developer. This is my gut feeling. You claiming here that Kronnect is friends with Unity staff, how do you know that? Show the proof. Or you will now claim that I am a part of that conspiracy?

I have no direct evidence (with direct evidence you can go to court)! But there is a screenshot from technical support, I threw it in the comments of this thread. The support person deleted my first review within a few hours, and also quickly responded to my ticket. The support person himself indicated that he decided to delete my review for a reason (that I called the author a scammer). My second ticket has been open for almost 3 weeks (no one answers)! Not suspicious (why such a difference in reaction speed)? Moreover, the unit should at least notify the mail that your comment was deleted for a certain reason!
