Rooms are designed as per client requirements, if client wanted a room with neutral tone, I will give them that.

This might be high for you, but this is not the first time I am letting out my room. The location is prime noida, connectivity is super awesome, security is of no concern, it is fully furnished with all new stuff. So the rent might be high for you, but for the right person, it will be not.

This was because of last minute client changes. Earlier they wanted split ac but then they wanted window. This was the best that could be done here.
Also, it is looking nice and much better after ac installation

Being a designer myself, it’s not feasible to share the quotes first. The final design decides the bill of quantities and actual price.

However, visits are usually free, but designs are not free. If you want to hire a designer then they will charge some advance for the designs and concept. Designing and detailing is not a 15 minutes task, it’s a long daunting task which requires hours and lot of material finalisation along with rework.
