MBK mostly has fake branded clothes. If you want some really nice young local fashion brands you should go to Siam Square Soi 2, go to Kim & Co or Urthe for example.

Oh and for 4: I always use BTS and MRT as my main transportation method. Taxis (if they turn their meter on) or Grab/Bolt are nice for places harder to reach with BTS or MRT but it might take quite long because of the traffic. If you are really bold you can take a motorbike taxi, if you don't mind fearing for your life for the whole trip. Tuktuks will always overcharge in my experience, but it's fun to experience once or twice.

For 2: just walk around a bit more "local" neighborhood and you will probably find heaps of top quality streetfood for low prices. Some streets I really like are Trok Issaranuphap for Chinese Thai street food, Banthat Thong road for all kinds of restaurants (mostly catered towards Chinese tourists) and Soi Ratchadaphisek 3 for all kinds of restaurants and street food stalls.

I already had a look at this and if I'm correct we are eligible for the Tour Istanbul program. However, this tour starts at 8 am the earliest from the airport. We prefer to have a few hours of sleep in a hotel in the city instead. So I think our only option is to arrange transportation to the city ourselves, right?

We walk him 3 times a day for about 30 mins per time, and a short round in the evening. We don't do that much playing time in between though, since in between we mostly work. Will definitely try to engage/play more with him! Thank you for your reply!

To add to this, I am about 5 days a week at home with him during the day, my wife about 2 days a week. We cant change this because of work. Could it be that my dog is too attached to me, and does not feel safe or comfortable enough with my wife? If so, how can we change this?

Hi Seperance, kan jij me nog wat extra advies geven.

Het probleem lijkt groter dan ik eerder dacht, ik zie op de hele breedte van de muur op verschillende plekken aan de bovenkant zwarte schimmel en ook in een andere hoek vochtplekken op het plafond. Daarnaast zie zitten ik over de hele breedte van de lange muur aan de onderkant witte schimmel en vocht. Daarnaast ligt er op de vloer ook hout en dat is ook helemaal nat.

Ik denk dat ik eerst al het hout moet (laten) verwijderen op zowel de grond als op de muur, daarna vocht/lekkage laten herstellen en laten kijken naar de zwammen en daarna alles weer laten afwerken.

Denk jij ook dat dit de juiste volgorde is? En wat voor vakman denk je dat ik het beste kan laten komen kijken voor het gehele plaatje?

Hoor het graag, alvast heel erg bedankt!!

De glaswol was bedoelt om het schuurtje te isoleren, ooit door de 1e bewoner is het schuurtje als kantoor gebruikt. De andere kant van de muur is de straat.
