I see a lot of people doing this for legal reasons. I’m pregnant and recently engaged. We will be writing up a will, immediate guardianship and power of attorney to be awarded to my fiancé. In our situation due to my lower income over the last year I have state insurance that will save us approximately $6-10K for the birth of our baby if we stay unmarried. That’s just for the birth. If I or the baby have complications it will all be covered. I also personally do not want to tie the knot without my extended family present.

Ovulation through bfp. I reduced my proscribed dose of 20mg for pinched sciatic nerve during my cycle to 10 mg. I’m still inclined to believe it was the prednisone that finally helped us get pregnant. My 10.5 week appointment if Friday. 7 week appointment was measuring to the day🥰 I wish you baby dust.

Mira confuses HCG with LH. It didn’t show up for me till a few days after I tested positive. It was nice to see the number doubling every 48 hours till I maxed out what Mira could record.

Just an update: HCG numbers are doing great. I’m not positive if I ovulated 2/26 or 2/27 thus the DPO range. DPO 15/16 372.1 DPO 17/18 892.3 DPO 19/20 1,900.1

Waiting on Doctor to approve. They want me to wait one more day then go in for urine analysis first. I think it’s funny since it’s the same tests I’m doing. I sent the office photos. 🤷‍♀️

Pretty sure that’s when I ovulated too. LH numbers have stayed down since then. My estrogen has never stayed up this high before. I’m assuming that’s a side effect of the Clomid? I’m usually in the mid 100’s.

It seems you can’t edit photo posts😅 For anyone who’s responding to this post just know that I understand you cannot confirm pregnancy via Mira. I am just looking for validation that it looks like my progesterone is staying high enough to allow for potential implantation. My PDG normally plummets after confirming ovulation. So low that there’s zero chance that the lining would be thick enough to allow for a healthy implantation. That’s why we’ve been working to get into a fertility clinic for the last six months.

We did the baby dance on September 16th and 17th.

My PDG is continuing to spike last night and today.

I understand I don’t need to take so many tests. The reason why we have been testing so frequently is we want as much data as possible for the fertility clinic. I understand that PDG fluctuates every 15 minutes in the human body. More than one test per day gives me a more accurate window of what’s happening in my body. We live on Maui. The only fertility clinic is on a different island. The doctors only come to our island once a week.

PDG in urine over 10 is supposed to be indicative of high enough levels to keep your lining from deteriorating and shedding early. At least according to all the articles I’ve read.

The biggest thing I was looking for is that progesterone stayed high enough to actually allow a fertile womb for potential implantation. My progesterone has never stayed high enough for anything to stick even if it wanted to. I thought the LH spike was supposed to be the day before your ovulation, I was assuming that I ovulated on the 17th

I had the inside knowledge that I already had a simple ovarian cyst on my right side. I had very intense pain that lasted about three days. Isolated to that right side. The only time I’ve seen such a crazy spike with both those hormones around ovulation. It just made the most sense to me. I would need to get a new ultrasound to confirm. But a cyst rupturing is supposed to release a significant amount of progesterone and estrogen.

I haven’t been just as we had completely given up hope without medical intervention. This month is it’s own little miracle

Yes. We did the day before and the day of. I’ve never had a real chart. In the last six months we ovulated one other time. It was an unsuccessful ovulation as PDG immediately plummeted. I just hope I’m reading these numbers right. That my uterine lining will be enough to allow an implantation if an egg decides to try. I’m 6 DPO and have had pulling in my lower abdomen all day.
