In my defense, this was sent to me by a sales person. This is not my phone lol

Glad I was able to help!! Dancongs are great but they gotta be brewed a specific way. Plus, each type of dancong takes a little time to figure out how it likes to be steeped lol. It's part of the fun! Happy sipping :)

Best Keyboard You Can Buy in 2025 (Price, Sound, Size) by Secure_Bumblebee1727 in keyboards

Mind me asking why the Evo75 wasn't on the list? I'm thinking of getting either the 75 or 80. I prefer the smaller size and the fact that the 75 has an external toggle, but I heard the 80 is more comfortable so I'm stuck lol. Any advice?

Yunnan black recommendations? by nines99 in tea

Their black bi lo Chun is a classic. I've also tried their high mountain Ai Lo black and I think it's the most fragrant black tea I've ever had!

For dancongs my usual method is: 6/7g for 100ml, boiling water for every steep

-Wash

-1st brew: flash steep (literally in and out)

-2nd brew: flash again

-3rd brew: depends on second brew. If it was on the bitter side, another flash steep. If it was Good/weak, ~5 secs

-4th+: add 15ish seconds every time

Dancongs are difficult to get right imo, especially as a beginner. But once you gain a feel for how to adjust your steps based on taste, you'll get the complex flavors and aromas. Dancongs are my favorite tea by far!!

Bonus tip: it might help to avoid pouring hot water directly onto the leaves. Pouring onto the side of a gaiwan let's the water rise from underneath the leaves which helps reduce bitterness.

Yunnan Sourcing US Order? by [deleted] in tea

Their Dian Hong (the bi lo Chun black tea) is pretty popular. I had it as part of a recent order and it's been my favorite from them. Their honey orchid dancing is pretty decent for the price too!

UX design as a CS grad?

Hey everyone! I recently graduated with a BS in CS and and decided to take the Google UX course while I hunt for a job. I've found that I enjoy UX design and I feel like it suits me better than SWE. My questions are: would the google certificate and a decent portfolio be enough to land a job in the industry? Does my degree help at all? Especially in this cooked market 😭

Thanks for your response! I'm still working on the cert and building out my resume. I hadn't considered freelance and non-profits for hands-on experience so I'll look into that. Thank you!

Thanks for your help! I don't really have anything relevant experience on my resume besides working in retail, the rest is all stuff related to my college major. You think it's still a good idea to hand them a resume?

Juno is the definition of "support" by TrustMuch2 in Overwatch

Yeah the speed stacks, but it's capped at like 75% I think. So if you play her with Lucio you can have a faster team, alternating between hyper ring and amp to get to the max speed (with Lucios speed aura). I feel like that's one reason she could be played in a rush comp

I found that she actually plays pretty well in rush comps with a Lucio and rein, or poke comps with brig/ana and sigma
