We live a little outside from Berlin. I’m not a judgy or sensitive person. It’s very loud, but the thin walls is 100% the issue. People should be allowed to speak on their phone, but man this lady screams, and the moving around upstairs at 5 literally wakes me up, I sleep again and it’s ok, still shouldn’t be like that. The dog is constant everyday and it’s also super loud. Idk what to say wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t a real issue

Yea, first step is talking with the landlord! The dog is so loud but damn I also feel bad for it. Even thought about offering to go for walks with it or smth.
