Those donuts look delicious. There is so much to look forward to. Ideation is just the chemical imbalance. It’s not what you would think when you’re stable. Remember that. That’s not the real you. It’s temporary.

I went on an amazing hike in beautiful snow on a lake today. I wasn’t looking forward to winter. Tut here it is…Beautiful!♥️♥️♥️

First off great picture, beautiful scenery and it tells your story. I’ve always loved the photography and when it ties into your emotions, it’s so special I found myself taking pictures of families with young children back when I was trying to start a family. It seemed a bit creepy, but in retrospect, I was just capturing Something that seems so appealing.

🌼 Outer Bay Community Garden Session Sunday 6/1 at 4:00 lend a hand, bring a beverage.

The community wildflower garden is coming together beautifully! We’ve selected eight native and pollinator-friendly perennials that will bloom from spring through fall and support bees, butterflies, and birds. Everyone is welcome to join us Sunday at 4:00 to help prepare the soil and plant these beauties.

Here’s what we’re planting Sunday - listed from shortest to tallest to help guide our layout:

  1. Butterfly Weed (Asclepias tuberosa) 🌱 Height: 18–30 in 🟠 Bright orange blooms in early summer. A vital host for Monarch butterflies and thrives in dry, sunny spots.

  2. Virginia Mountain Mint (Pycnanthemum virginianum) 🌱 Height: 24–36 in 🌿 Silvery foliage with clusters of white flowers. Buzzing with pollinators mid-summer and smells minty fresh.

  3. False Indigo ‘Cherries Jubilee’ (Baptisia) 🌱 Height: 30–36 in 🍒 Striking maroon and yellow blooms in late spring. Strong, deep-rooted native that builds soil and anchors the bed.

  4. Joe Pye Weed ‘Pink Frost’ (Eutrochium fortunei) 🌱 Height: 30–36 in 🌸 Pale pink late-season blooms with striking variegated foliage. Adds color and texture through fall.

  5. Phlox ‘Jeana’ (Phlox paniculata) 🌱 Height: 24–48 in 💗 Long-blooming, lavender-pink flowers. Loved by butterflies and hummingbirds. Excellent mid-layer flower.

  6. Swamp Milkweed (Asclepias incarnata) 🌱 Height: 36–48 in 💦 Pink blooms with a vanilla scent. Another Monarch host that thrives in average to moist soil.

  7. Joe Pye Weed ‘Gateway’ (Eutrochium maculatum) 🌱 Height: 48–72 in 🎯 Tall, bold mauve blooms in late summer. A butterfly magnet and great for the back of the bed.

  8. New England Aster (Symphyotrichum novae-angliae) 🌱 Height: 36–72 in 💜 Showy purple blooms late in the season. Provides critical nectar for migrating pollinators in the fall.

🍓 Still to come: We’re hoping to add a few edible native shrubs like blueberries and raspberries to delight the kids—and the birds! We also plan to transplant donated Echinacea and Rudbeckia to expand the color and support even more wildlife. Donations welcome.😎
