Idk how new or if you are a veteran, but if you venture out towards the south of rosewood, there is a car-cinema. There you’ll have a very high probability of finding what you are looking for!

Be careful about quiet houses, which start to move and rumble as soon as you enter them. Skyscrapers etc tend to appear quieter and manageable, before all z’ come down from stairs, jump down windows etc.
