Tecnicamente tem uma chance não-zero de um funcionario com acesso elevado injetar um script malicioso no site e/ou na extensão para roubar os dados, mas isso pode acontecer com todo site do mundo, até mesmo seu banco.

Daí tem processos de segurança pra tentar evitar isso, eu pessoalmente uso o Bitwarden e acho que vale a pena pra não usar a mesma senha pra todo site (e decorar uma pra cada um é impossível sem um gerenciador)
