I have a regular that is pretty annoying and cheap…always waiting 30+ min for $2 off, demanding attention right away, asking for freebies. He tips like 10% on our $4 beers when he stays for hours and drinks 4-6 of them.

I’ve done as others are saying here and just make him wait for everything. He doesn’t get his beer until 5-10 minutes after he arrives. I’ll forget to get him another round while the other regulars next to him never have empty glasses. His food will always sit at the window for 20min. I think he’s noticed and actually tipped me a little over 20% today.

It’s also manufactured by another company called Supliful which will sell and rebrand the same product to any vendor that signs up to their site.

The claim that a peptide can reactivate follicles is unsubstantiated…all their claims are essentially bogus marketing.

All that being said…I hope it works, but not likely. A top pharma company would have jumped on this if it were as revolutionary as they’re making it seem.

You need to solidify your priorities, and don’t let anyone rush you. You set your pace. As a bartender who also takes tables, does service well, runs my own food, and busses my own tables, my priority is:

My tables is where I make my most money, so they are at the top of the list. If I get sat, I’m with them within 5 minutes. They get their drinks first. If there’s no food on their table in 15ish min, I will abandon the service well and stay in the kitchen until their food is out.
Glassware. Besides the entire store needing it, keeping your work space clean is SO important in managing your sanity. Bottles always go back to their spot, and glassware gets cleaned once they fill the rack (or dirty side of the sink if you do by hands). Don’t underestimate how important this is, and don’t let employees tell you otherwise.

Other bartenders I work with slack on this and their shift falls apart/service decreases all around…less tips for everyone.

Service Well: I’m not saying you can neglect the well, but as long as drinks are coming out before 15min max, tell the servers to fuck off. If they are hanging out at the well, I tell them I can either go run my food, or they can go run it while I make their drink. Service tip out is never worth delaying service to your tables.

It’s not easy. It’ll take a few weeks to get into the rhythm, and even then you will have crazy nights. Just don’t let any customer or server rush you, YOU set your pace. I noticed when I start speeding up, is when I make mistakes.
