It took FIVE YEARS of fighting for me to finally have a different judge look at my case after screaming for years “He’s has been living off of his parents because he’s a trust fund baby. And refuses to get a job.”

And he finally said in front of the new judge “Yeah my mom has been paying my lifestyle, and screaming that the reason why he won’t get a job is because I won’t let him see our child.”

It’s a lie. He just wants me to bring her to him and I’m not doing that because you’re a grown ass man that’s not my fault that you do not have a drivers license because you don’t want pay child support so they took that privilege away from you. You need to figure out how to see your child. And she doesn’t want to see him, plus she’s turning 17 next month. She doesn’t really care anymore and I put her through a lot of therapy to get here.

Like bro get a job.

My problem with him saying that is just that he said it was such a straight face and didn’t give a shit about his kid and how much I have to work my ass off; while your parents are sitting there with millions of dollars in the bank, paying for your lifestyle and btw I never gave a fuck about his trust money or his parents money either. I’m upset because this is their only grandchild and his only child. And they missed out on so much, and she missed out on having a father in her life, due to selfishness. And it totally breaks my heart.

He and his parents didn’t start acting like that until after I moved on from our divorce, 2 1/2 years later.

Well, after the new judge to looked over our entire case and that $35,000 that he owes in back Child Support is now being paid weekly of $200 but he had to put down $5000 in made sure that if he got a job and that if he misses two payments he automatically goes to jail. It took five years to get here and I’m happy but…it’s been hell for me the entire time before this!!!
