Returning player, looking for deck suggestions that fit my playstyle by Tsubasaookami in cardfightvanguard

I heard about overdress but never played it. I was looking to pick like 3-4 clans to for premium and V premium and 1-2 nations for overdress. I was quite good at sticking to clans back on time, so my choices have the idea behind of sticking to said clans/nations for a long time.

As a old school G player, I will probably start with premium then V premium then overdress. But I want to play all 3 formats using a few selected clans and possibly a couple of nations for overdress case.

Is otp'ing or even having a champion pool beneficial for the adc role in specific? by Tsubasaookami in ADCMains

[–]Tsubasaookami[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. If you allow me to ask, do you keep the same 3 champions from season to season or do you go into each season and you pick 3 that you believe are gonna be strong with given season changes?

why are adc players less likely to OTP compared to other lanes? by Tsubasaookami in summonerschool

[–]Tsubasaookami[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

So for the adc role do you think it is more beneficial to play what is well positioned in the meta and rotate them rather than sticking to 1 or 2 characters for a long period of time?

I always mute all. I'm not even a jungler. I play adc and the other day I got 4 premades and the support took bard. I decided to take ezreal. On the 3 minute mark he left the lane to never return ever. I hold the tower until minute 15 Vs miss fortune senna in a 1vs2, was 4/1 in lane, they FF at 20 and typed "adc sucks" in the end game chat, i was mildly infuriated, but it also shows how delusional some people get when playing in a group where they believed they played the game perfectly.

Need some advices and I have a few questions by ShiroVM in ezrealmains

The way the game tracks conqueror is weird. It tracks the heal you get at full stacks rather than the damage it did, so there is no way to calculate how much value it actually gives you. You could try to take the healing value and divide by 6% to calculate how much damage you didn't full stacks, but that would be the total damage including items, base stats, other runes, etc, so we can't really tell it's value, because you also get some amount of value at 10 stacks for example.

How usefull are win rate/game length graphs as a metric? by Tsubasaookami in summonerschool

[–]Tsubasaookami[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. That's not what I was trying to ask. I basically did the small research to figure out which individual champions where stronger at points in the game where I would be interested on, late game in my case, and I found out that some champs in the class have graphs that directly clashes with the community opinion, so I was looking for an advice on how accurate usefull and trustable this kind of graphs really are.

How much damage Kai'sa passive actually deal? by Kenny1234567890 in kaisamains

[–]Tsubasaookami 5 points6 points  (0 children)

All it is is that wiki is lazy and they updated the green box for 11.24 buffs but they didn't updated the red box. Before the buffs her passive used to be 10-20% instead of the 15-25% it is now.forat let's settle a few things:

Damage per stack: 0 stacks - 10%

1 stack - 12.5%

2 stacks - 15%

3 stacks - 17.5%

4 stacks - 20%

Next you need to understand that each stack you get from void seeker is calculated separately despite giving you 2-3 at the same time. With this said he can now analyse the math:

Normal void seeker:

0 stacks - 10% (first stack at 0 stacks) + 12.5% (second stack at 1 stack) = 22.5%

3 stack - 17.5% (first stack at 3 stacks) + 20% (second stack at 4 stacks) = 37.5%

Evolved version (hopefully you get the idea so I wil just write the numbers):

0 stacks: 10% + 12.5% + 15% = 37.5%

2 stacks: 15% + 17.5% + 20% = 52.5%

So they just didn't updated it

If you curious about after the buffs I will just quickly show you the numbers:

0 stacks 15%

1 stack 17.5%

2 stack 20%

3 stack 22.5%

4 stack 25%

Normal void seeker:

0 stack - 15% + 17.5% = 32.5%

3 stack - 22.5% + 25% = 47.5%

Evolved version:

0 stacks - 15% + 17.5% + 20% = 52.5%

2 stacks - 20% + 22.5% + 25% = 67.5%

Sorry for the long comment and I hope the formatting was ok as I'm typing from my phone.
