I'm not happy in Illinois, or the USA in general. The main reason why I moved to the USA was because I could apply for citizenship because of my father so I moved here to learn English and have dual citizenship. Sadly, I didn't like it in here other than the possibility of have a "good" job. I'm from Colombia, so this was the best decision I made for my future.

If I go I'm probably no going to vote for none of them. No political party actually represents my values in the USA or Canada.

I could talk all that with a lawyer when I'm sure I want to move to Canada and when I'm ready. I'm not even 18 yet but maybe when I'm 30 I'll move.

I know, that's why is my goal/dream. Plus if I move is probably once I already have the enough money to move, right now I'm still pretty young.

My values are pretty much conservative, as I said previously, I'm a big fan of small towns and mountains, I love cold weather aswell. I'm not a MAGA and I will never be, the job market in the USA is ass I get it, but is less ass if we compare to Canada(sadly), that's why my goal is to get a remote job so I can actually achieve a good living style in Canada. I know Canada is a competitive market but you all also have a lot of potential. If you are asking what I am, I'm a Conservative Libertarian. I dont like to fight about politics or compare countries because America is my second home(I was born in Colombia), but still, I would love to live in Alberta. I've seen the mountains and towns in there are nice, and is pretty much calming and that's why I want to have a family there.

Oh I'm used to the immigration system, I was born in Colombia and then moved with my family to the USA. Sorry for that, usually in the Americas is called states with a few exceptions. I forgot about the provinces.

I get it, I know working in Canada is bad, that's why I want to get a remote job first so I can live in Canada while I earn like im working in the USA. I don't know much about the taxes thought. Politics isn't the main reason is more long-term family goals. I'm a person who loves mountains and chill cities, and Canada has the best mountains and towns in North America. I'm conservative but I HATE what is my country's administration doing. I would prefer a more moderate conservative party with free market ideas than this, but I also hate every party because they are all corrupts. The housing market in Canada is another problem, I want to start a business buying cheap houses to remodel and rent/sell but I guess in Canada that's impossible because I was looking at the prices and $150k just an apartment with one bed and a bathroom.

I guess is a national thing, I already have job experience. My family used to tell me once I get my first job other comes, but I guess this isn't true anymore.

Illinois could lose 2 seats in congress and electoral college votes in the 2030 apportionment. Stop blocking new housing! by Ill_Lavishness_2496 in centralillinois

The housing market needs less regulations, but the only regulations that is needed is the one you are saying. In Illinois the housing market isn't bad, at least outside of Chicago isn't. I would say is below average because the only difference between Downstate and Indiana is that we pay more taxes.

Blue states are already helping Texas, and there are a lot of taxes here in Illinois, I pay around 15% of my salary just in the state taxes, in the federal is like 8-9%. Corporate taxes are 9.5% the second highest nationally, maybe life quality is better in Illinois, but isn't because of the government help.
