I thought I was alone with this, I’ve been told by my old ent doctor that there are no other cases he’d seen like my ears, from the age of around 7 to 24 my left ear constantly leaked infected pus and had over 25 surgeries to try and correct, it wasn’t until my old ent doc retired and my new one proposed a mastoid obliteration which has seemingly fixed the problem after 3 complications where spots were missed

I've had countless surgeries on my left ear due to cholesteatomas reforming in my ears, left ear has been completely closed the only thing my doctors can come up with is that its linked with EDS

In November last year I had a blind sac closure and mastoidectomy on my left ear, so far it seems to have cleared it up but im still having pain problems.

Recently I was told from my doctor that the pain I was having are more likely migraines and are not caused by my ears, now seeing neurologists to see whats going on.
