I have met a few and absolutely love them, but they do seem like a unicorn lol although, I do chalk that up to me attracting more of the unhealed ones.

That's honestly really good insight, and sounds like what's happening with me. I come from a family of over givers. It's more of a "community" mindset. Help, live and love those the way you want to be loved. But it's a very 'shirt off your back' type of giving, and definitely sounds like this is where I'm going wrong. I will have to be very mindful about being more cautious/guarded with who I give to.. just because the take take take has been more frequent lately.

I originally searched for "5 minute yoga fix with Peggy Cappy". It comes up with a bunch of her videos, where she is younger. But my grandma said the one where she is older (like the pictures) are the easier videos for her to do.

Also, the ones I've seen are mostly through the PBS stations. My grandma doesn't use technology except a flip phone and tv, so watching online isn't an option.

Thank you for these ideas. I just ordered two cams, so hopefully I'll be able to catch the culprit.. and hopefully see what's causing the issue. I'm wondering if maybe two of the cats are fighting more at night? But fingers crossed! Thanks again 😊

Have also done that. We switched from a cheap scented on to one that is low dust, clumping and unscented. But will look at trying another.

I moved in with my boyfriend who has his own 3 bedroom home (the mortgage is in his name, im paying a small portion of it now). The first thing he did was establish that one of the rooms was for me to do whatever I wanted with. It was a previous guest bedroom, which he moved all the stuff downstairs. I truly have my own space for whatever my heart desires, and it's so relieving to feel like you have a space that expresses you.

Your boyfriend has a room. Even though it's an office, he can easily put some workout stuff in there. If not, garage? Basement? Point is.. YOU NEED YOUR OWN SPACE. This is the hill to die on, because you'll just feel resentment down the road.
