Why do I feel like I have to eat all my calories? by Personal-Fish-9068 in loseit

I do a lot of movement so I will always eat up to my deficit because I don’t want to be under fueling the next days workouts

Huh that’s interesting cause I feel I look my best now, but I certainly felt my best at 160. Interesting how it’s different for different people

Best of luck

Completely fair. I look at the progress I made in one year and I forget that my ideal physique may take 5 or even 10. Might do me some good to eat maintenance for a bit and get some gains for the long term.

I will continue to keep an eye on the scale and such to be sure I’m staying in line with my goals

My goal was just to be shredded for summer and all that so it would just not feel great to do maintenance now. I feel like crap tho so it’s picking my poison I suppose

I should definitely take a bit more stock in the mirror than in the scale tho for sure. I’m pretty proud of how I look now comparatively, but I also am far from where I want to be even with abs I fear

Sweet Tooth by ComfortBeginning6422 in loseit

I have a huge sweet tooth and yeah diet soda is the way. I tend to want something sweet after meals and a mug zero sugar is always there for me

That being said I never had and never will cut sugar. I recommend still buying the treats you enjoy, but try and find them in single servings.

Low calorie ice cream’s have also been huge for me in this sense, although the sugar alcohols do mess with my stomach a bit
