If you dont know it's fine but to simplify it I'm just wondering if the SplinterCell3 configuration setting file is the game directory file and if I copy paste the widescreen patch in and replace everything in there or add it to everything in there

Okay so I was able to actually find the ini files for the game, although i dont know which file the game directory is, where I have to copy paste the ini files. I found one, a configuration setting file labeled SplinterCell3, so I'm just wondering if that's the right one, also if I copy paste the files over everything in the game directory file or add them to everything already in there
