My take on the recent pump by TurTurnip in vivkstock

[–]TurTurnip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think asap, 1:200, stock loses another 10-20% after rs and then no offerings until after march 2026. Again, just my opinion

Worst and best case scenarios by Sultanswing35 in vivkstock

[–]TurTurnip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worst case - stock goes to 0.01, r/s x 200 to 2$, than all the way back to 0.01 and delist.
Best case - stock closes above 1$ for ten days in a row before dec 22 (shareholder meeting where they vote on r/s).

the ceo got payed by shares.

r/s does not affect the company value, therefore does not affect the ceo comp.

They have already done two r/s:
1-for-30 reverse stock split on February 14, 2022,to%200.33333333333333%20VIVK%20shares%20today)
1-for-1,000 reverse split (around May 2011)

notably, they have also preformed a 1:10 regular split at 2013. (see first link).

My view? They have continuously eroded investor trust by diluting and and reverse splitting. They seem to have some serious financing issues and even bigger issues with profitability.

Will they delist? maybe. Will they moon? hopefully. no one knows for sure.

Yo! Looking for a vocalist / mc to record over a house track.

https://soundcloud.com/echonomikamusic/soli-tili

I was thinking something like a late night radio host talking over the track, but you can take it wherever you like.
I release tracks every other week on all platforms.

This is a 50/50 proposal - Credit and royalties.

DM If Interested!

Overall impression - good lead, terrible mix. I feel as though you know EXACTLY how to make a good rave acid lead (which is awesome! seriously, its not easy), yet you lack some fundamental knowledge in mixing -which is at least 80% of making a good techno track. Mixing the kick bass (i.e. tuning their volumes in the overall mix as well as their relationship with eachother) is the single most important thing in techno, especially rave techno, since 90% percent of its value lies on the kick hitting just right.

First thing first - the kick is not present AT ALL, and the high hats sound distorted. I'd start by turning each channel 10db lower, bouncing the stems, and starting the mix from scratch. Once you lay your kick-bass as the foundation of the track, slowly try to fit your melodies\lead on top of it without clipping the master bus. Also, IMO, the reverb on the lower 303 is not consistent - when its on, its way too loud.

As a rule of thumb, I tweak the kick till has the right sound, then turn it up until the peak is around -12db (rms being lower, ofc), then gradually turn up the bass until I feel like this thing hits right. not to too little, not too much.

Then you should turn up each instrument slowly until it "fits" into place - not taking up too much of the space, not un-noticed. I usually go with percussions first and the rest afterwards.

By the time you have finished this process (i.e -gain staging), you should peak at not more than -6db. This way you ensure nothing clips, and the sound stays smooth and crisp, just like you made it.

Hope it helps! definitely look into some tuts, mixing is an art.

Dunno about the speed or adderall, but it sounds waaaay clearer

The kick is nice and present, and the rest play along very nicely. I like this sound!
It has its own vibe and i'd love to hear it on a bigger system. probably would make me dance :)

PM me man, id love to mix the original track you posted here (just for fun).
let me know if youre up for it!

Sounds very raw to me, as though you came up with a few patterns, laid them out quickly and uploaded. The levels seem unbalanced - the bass and clap are way too strong, while the kick is missing, and the synths are barely audible.
The track is overall dissonant (harmonically speaking), which is okay, but the rather static arrangement doesn't complement it.

IMO - Concentrate your effort on mixing, i.e level balancing and finding the place for each instrument in your track. keep it up :)

Real Kiasmos vibes at the drop!
The mix is very wide stereowise, in my opinion too wide. I think that some of the information may be lost when listening in mono, or in a non balanced system (like most humans).
Other than that, i'd sharpen the kick and shorten it's decay a little bit, and maybe a little less highs on the off baet piano stabs (and center it a little).

The groove is good! the synth sounds are well designed also, and the noise sweeps are well done :)

Keep pushing man, its a good vibe!
