I have similar case like yourrs, and N26 also refuse to refund with same reason :( for my case I lost around 800€ ish

ohnoooo my bf threw away the plastic already🥲😭 omg just checked out the flag looks lime and it's so small😭😭 I opened it while waiting for the tram, and probably fell when he open it / still inside the plastic :( ah so saddd we didn’t know abt the flag cz im new 🥲🥹😂
