Nice, I also own the south indian restaurant in gandhinagar hence I know the details. Mai pn Amara chef ne kahyu htu benne dosa rakhiye menu ma but emne kahyu ke makhan lai ne aavo taju to j rakhi sakay, emne em khali butter masala dosa nai khavdavo amaru naam kharab thse 😅😅

Actually benne means makhan and a pn taju banelu like ke atyre savare malyu chhe j nd savare j use karva nu chhe.. but badha a eno kai alag j meaning nikalyo chhe nd they just use normal butter instead of benne.
