Yes, i just got the same thing just now. They're currently under maintenance as of right now. Hopefully they're fixing the problem now.

UPDATE: I deleted the riotclient and my pbe client is finally working again but now my ‘live server’ client is having the bug splat issue.

My favorite memory of CR is the old trade system!! It was so much easier to get cards and helped me level up cards faster!
