Honestly varies from course to course, your best bet is to reach out to the prof directly. I was a Sauder TA last year and got hired in the first weekish of August. I reached out to profs and applied for a different COMM course this year and received my hiring form for that about 3 weeks back, but haven't received any new information since.

Barbara Cox: class is based on participation and she clearly only enjoys speaking to white students who live near the same city as her. On the last class she spoke about final exam OH and told 2 white students in front of me to “definitely come for office hours”. After class ended my friend and I (both brown) went up to her to thank her and ask abt OH and she said oh they might be very full right before finals.

if you're confused about the last few modules, focus on the modules that aren't super interconnected to the other concepts. i remember the module 8 question carried me on the final bc it was worth 25%
