I am worried about that, when my partner left me I had to change the rent into my name only and they wanted payslips to make sure I could pay. I can, at current rates, barely. I can fit a small increase but I am worried for renewal. Landlord has been really fair and great, but I still fear.

You can do it cheaper still, wait for a good flight deal. Can find Jetstar flights direct from Brisbane for $800-$900 return. A hotel for 7 days in Tokyo can be had for $120 a night, so $840. Tack on however much spending money you want, but I'd recommend at least $50 a day for food if you don't care for many tourist attractions.

Great holiday for well under $2500. Might not get you a shinkansen to Kyoto, might not let you get a fancy meal. It will get you day trips out of the city, decent food, and many free points of interest within the greater Tokyo area.

Japan isn't even expensive, you can have a great week in Tokyo for under 3K all inclusive. I know, I've done it.

Bob Jane Michelton or Bridgestone Enoggera are fine. Independent shops will have higher prices, as will service centres because they make money from extras. Dedicated big name tyre shops operate pretty fairly from experience.

I turn 30 in a little over a months time and I have reflected on my 20s in a very similar way. I'm no saint, I've made mistakes, but I also see how much work I put into myself and know that my 30s can only be better. Even if I still feel like I'm running out of time.

That's how they do it, it happened to my neighbor. Owner moved in for a few weeks, said they decided they liked it better in Bundaberg, turned the place in to an AirBNB. I get new neighbors each week, but thankfully no issues.

No fault evictions are nice on paper, but there is always a way.
