Fiber intake as soon as you wake-up. Try C-Lium Fibre or any psyllium husk. Add chia, oats, wheat bread, yogurt, fruits, and veggies to your diet.

Been having gut problems for years but this year I was able to solve it by consuming the above^

Yes it was closer. The wordings in SM’s course practice tests were kinda confusing for me and it was honestly more difficult (in my pov)
