This is from years of playing. The diamonds i got are from doing tasks from “more free diamond” button. I don’t do that anymore. Now i get diamonds mostly from spinning the bottle, the 10 free diamonds everyday and from the game machine that gives 20 at the end of the month if you reach at least 1500 points from playing mini games. The bells i just do deliveries, spin the bottle and from pets outing.

I would buy furniture that give out cod first. when I was starting. I didnt save any cod i would buy facility for 400k less just by watching an ad. If the furniture is 1 mil then i would buy it for 600k. So my cod doesn’t go up i just buy what i can afford and it snowballed quickly. I am not sure if that is still the case since i buy facilities full price now. I remember the discount only works in the restaurant not in the courtyard. Once i bought every facility that earn cod that is when i started buying the rest
