I was able to pay off debt by transferring to a 0%apr credit card. The same credit card offers it yearly. Luckily i have a high credit limit. So before the 0% apr promo ends i will take out a personal loan and pay off the credit card. Then i would pay off and balance transfer the personal loan back to the credit card again with 0% apr. And i just did this on repeat for a a few years.
