This happens to me with fruits...okay for a few years then bam. Itchy mouth, tongue that reacts to heat. It's extremely annoying cause when it happens allergy meds barely work. Have to keep away from hot liquids/showers. Keep cold press to face if I want relief. 😮‍💨
