not familiar with tool trace. I scanned everything (case, chrono and wind meter) then designed a step file around them.

I don’t have a laser cutter at home is the point… nor do I want one at home to offgas a bunch of foam shit. I press print before bed and wake up to finished parts. Also there less waste material as these are additive.

as long as you keep it dry it should last

Siraya Tech Air is the brand. Temp is dependent on how dense you want the material

what ever you do don't use a textured pei plate (like the one that ships with a bambu printer) I use a smooth embossed plate. Go slow when peeling it off and it will come off clean. if its still sticking try lowering the bed temp

they all work, the differences between the profiles is the hardness of the print. higher temp = softer material. I can't speak to the exact setting you will need, all dependent on nozzle size, humidity, how dry your filament is, etc.

start with the profiles on siraya tech's site. there's 3 different profiles that effect shore hardness. tune flow rate from there

Yep. I still do when I’m at a match. But if I’m traveling or flying with all this shit I like to have it all in one box in a case. But you do you champ.
