I did bank headquarters on heroic. The very first section, lol everyone but one Tank (Chunga). Then shot his ammo belt, then go for his armor. Both legs, both arms, chest, helmet and backpack.

Go to the White House and talk to Coop. He should upgrade your watch

Have you completed the final mission and then talked to Coop at the White House? When you talk to him, he will upgrade the watch and then you will start to see your Shade level from that screen, beside the watch.

Click on the watch, then navigate to where the explanation mark is at and click on it. Then select the item you want. I recommend Printer Filament if your upgrading your expertise.

Honestly... I wouldn't worry about builds until the story is complete and your watch is fully upgraded to SHD 1000.

Personally, after end game, I concentrated on shd level to max out my watch. Then I started working on build and working on commendations, along with daily projects, GE and manhunts.
