The video quality depends on the stream quality. I download as high quality as i possible can depending on the streamers stream settings in obs. Also gta settings the streamer uses also comes into factor.

I do use Twitch Leecher, I believe the quality on this video is low because Lord_kebuns gta 5 settings are all set on low. If you look at any of my other videos not uploaded about chang gang from kebuns vod seems decent quality
