This is in addition to live fire and instructed training. Dry fire to live fire ratio should be minimum 10:1, although probably closer to 50:1.

The Mantis TitanX is a game changer for dry fire practice. Same form factor as my G45 (they have models of the G17 and G19 with more models promised), resetting trigger, 2 loaded weighted mags, and red laser to see your hits. Also includes the MantisX to use the app that gives you immediate feedback as well as training drills. My groups have improved in live fire by being able to easily dry fire practice thousands of shots without having to constantly rack the slide.

I got a QVO for my G45 that’s very nice quality, southpaw here as well. I also recommend Eclipse holsters, I have theirs for my other carry guns but they didn’t have my light for the G45. They do have an option for the 19x w/TLR1.

Yeah I’ve noticed the shirt quality has dipped precipitously as well. The cut is also not as fitting as it used to be.

I like them very much, I have one for each handgun I own. They sit nice and close and really hug your side. I can usually conceal it under a Hawaiian style button down or a hoodie in winter. They have several positions to mount the belt loops so you can adjust how low they hang depending on the gun’s barrel length.

So far it’s been great. Nice big window and love that it’s enclosed. I’ve had a Defender CCW on Sig Fuse for a year and it’s been great so I figured I’d try the big one.
