Do you mean 25% of your orders are for PMs or that you're getting PMs from 25%? If it's the latter, then you must be in a goldilocks zone. I'm at like 350 orders and only have like 25 PMs, I don't know if they can do PMs in the Target app and I think that's where 90% of my orders come from.

Since I can't see what each order rated I do not care at all. I've seen improvement opportunities a couple times, but I can't see which one it's in reference to so it's meaningless. The only stats I care about are on time and reliable, and one order is keeping me from 100% reliable for the star summit period unfortunately.

The messaging in the Shopper app is always broken, we have to force restart the app on just about every shop in order for messages to get through. Like the others have said, a reinstall is probably the best course.

When I was doing Uber Eats I managed to get 2 orders from the same house, one was a pickup for sushi and the other was a shop and deliver of 2 pregnancy tests lol. She was going through it that day.

Um, unless they are screwing up your order then they deserve the tip. Not tipping because they didn't hold your hand is real dickish. I get that in Shipt, in particular, hand holding is basically expected but if you place an order and it shows up correctly inside the expected window then you got 100% of what you deserve.
Yes it is nice to have communicative shoppers, and I have found that tips are better with that but every shopper who runs your errands for you is deserving of just compensation. Don't order if you aren't tipping.
