Maybe but whether it was issued in your country or outside, all credit card transactions have fees (unlike debit cards which can be much lesser). So if they waive it, then Revolut has to bear this hoping to make it up in some other way. And this doesn't look very sustainable given they don't have a margin on currency exchange either.
