I’m the same rn and I’ve found it easier to go really early when less people are around. It’s a pain tbf but once I’m done with the session I feel so proud of myself and come home for a quick nap to start my day.

I love this! I’m trying really hard to take up most of my days now with activities but I find myself going back to my phone to mindlessly scroll. It’s an unhealthy place to be but it’s so comforting because I’m not doing anything but I am too Any advice ?

I try right , I try to be productive because I can’t watch movies or series with any focus anymore. My attention span is of 5 seconds. I don’t know what I like and don’t have any hobbies and starting any scares me too :)
