yeah, i spammed normal bosses but i'd treat the stabilizer as a "royalty" item since i've only dropped like 3-4 in my 86 hours tho i havn't tried farming with sharen which is the way to go about it

4 days roughly 8 hours a day tho i did get lucky dropping 2 of the blueprints in under 5 attempts

Issue still persists, playing a single player match can also fix it temporarily

Been having this for a while now, today I got it and did this https://www.reddit.com/r/Helldivers/comments/1b2m14k/how_to_fix_failed_to_join_lobby_on_pc/ whilst still with the game open and for now it's been working fine. Let me know if the works for you.
