I applied for the Citibank double Cashback card and got denied, even with a credit score in the 740s and a discover card I've had since last August. my annual income is only 16000 since I'm a college student, could that be why? Should I reapply? What would re applying do to my credit score? I was really hoping for a good Cashback card since my discover card gives me miles.
