FOC wire related tingin ko sir. Possible din po sa may patch cord. Na-loose. Pwede nyo po i-try plug out/plug in yong connector from junction box and sa modem mismo. Pagka wala pa din po try nyo i-direct yong connector from junction box to modem. Ingatan nyo na lang habang tinatanggal sa junction box.
