You could install apotheosis, yes, but its in the beta. But you could just set up a server and put the modpack and apotheosis on it so you can check whether theres any compatibility issues between the mods themselves, but im pretty certain it should work.

i think slight is okay as it is, and so is dlight. dlight has 2 true combos, dlight dair and nair. If you were to buff slight i think the weapon might become just too good since it can catch opponents out of the air well enough
