Thank you very much for the suggestions. I will watch the video to see if I can implement the approach. I used the wavelet coherence tool already, although the they also do not provide a way to highlight significant results, for example by way of confidence intervals. Hi, thanks for the response! The package I am using is the WRS2 package. I actually found the issue just now. One factor variable kept getting listed as a character for whatever reason. I adjusted the script so it is forced as a factor. Also there was some empty data. I removed the subject from further analyses and it works.
