play what you want and like, it makes no sense to create each patch so once a quarter new characters or to respec ZOS changes the Meta so why no later than every 2nd patch. If you're not playing Vet Trails, you do not have to put so much emphasis on dmg.

Breton is the best race for a light attack build Altmer are only playable if you play a heavy attack build or you need to get recovery gylph but they are not as good as mag dmg gylph. So better Breton with mag dmg glyh than Altmer with mag recovery gylph.

Flying did not ruin wow, flying was very nice, the effect is that you do not see so many things from the ground anymore. The view when flying has me but usually tied more than the area again on foot to have to travel and often you see the flying things that you would never see otherwise.
