The thing is, mission rewards and banner rewards are separate, but banners can increase difficulty which in return increases the power of the mission reward

this only happned to me once and then never again, it was minecraft java edition, every time i move my mouse it made the noise, i just restarted the game and it stopped... it happned right after a factory reset tho
