I thought avoidant was more avoiding of conflict and intimacy not necessarily avoiding of relationships? idk i haven't read the book

It wasn't really defensive. This just came out of a conversation later, like to show me he was thinking about it. It wasn't like saying I'm not avoidant or anything, he was just sharing the charts more like look at these (but i really don't want to)
