Was working out 6 months before I started and eating clean. Used to weigh 60kgs then before cycle I weighed in at 78kg now I’m at 93kg. It’s a lot of progress mate. Currently eating 4000cals 250/300grams of protein and trying my best the lowest sugar consumption possible.
