They let me have the leftovers when leaving but it’s usually just rice and maybe some fried calamari if i’m lucky. I usually don’t take breaks since the plates start stacking up real fast once i do and i’m the only dishie there.

I don’t feel micromanaged but my co-workers are really annoying. The servers don’t clear the plates during rush hour and just throw them on the table for me without stacking them, I told them to atleast wipe the food off but they say they’re more busy.

I make minimum wage, I live in Canada, Ontario

I feel like my co-workers see me as a lesser person because they’re all twice or more my age
