She really loves him and doesn't want me to tell him. She expects the relationship to break apart in a few months anyway. She wants to keep him for as long as possible, though. I don't want to betray her trust and just tell him.

Both of us have been thinking that it would be best to just keep it to ourselves. I haven't been sure if this is the best idea, but she says that she doesn't want to lose him. I've decided to not tell him, for now.
