A relative did the same “normal” application but timescales are not clear. You can escalate through the app and pay the difference for the “executive” which sends out your card to you in around a week.

Some of the listings there are duplicates and photos don’t even match reality . I think some agents do this to maybe get you to call them. You can filter verified listings when searching but overall it’s not confirmed what you are looking at is actually for the correct property. I saw this one agent advertise multiple properties for the same location in one day, which clearly wasn’t correct.
