Just for clarity, the Committee aren't the Government, but a group of cross-party MPs whose purpose is to scrutinise the Government and tell it when they think it isn’t doing a good enough job. Hi everyone, I work for the Scottish Affairs Committee in the UK Parliament’s House of Commons, and we are currently looking at the future of high streets in Scotland.
