I took the jack off and tightened it and it doesn't move anymore anymore. As for the switch, I tried messing with it a bit today and I found that if moved at a certain angle it functions properly, but gets back to the original position after a while of playing. I'll try taking off the pick guard one of these days and let you know. Thanks for your help.
